The mobile app and Rebel meter are compatible with both iPhone and Android phones. Please refer to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store to learn which operating systems are compatible with our app.

The settings will remain the same across all iOS devices:

1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap on “Bluetooth”
3. Flip the On/Off button to toggle Bluetooth on
4. Close-out of Settings and you’re on your way

“Forget Meter” steps

If your meter is still not connecting:

1. Open the Pops app
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and select Forget Glucose Meter
4. Tap Yes to have the app remove the connection
5. Make sure your Bluetooth settings are turned on
6. Check your blood sugar as normal and the app will automatically connect to your new mete
